Refund Eligibility – Digital Products Only
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- Your order never arrives (non-delivery of digital product).
- The delivered product is faulty, corrupt, or not as described.
When We Cannot Issue Refunds
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You simply change your mind or decide you no longer want the item.
- You don’t like the product after downloading.
- The digital content has already been downloaded, activated, or used, and you acknowledged losing your cancellation rights at checkout.
Digital Inspection and Quality Assurance
All products on Frostac are checked for accuracy and functionality before delivery. However, if a digital file fails to work as stated, you retain the right to complain and request a refund, as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
